今天是非常煎熬的，大盘3500多只上涨，1400多只下跌，我的持仓票大多数跌，和大盘涨跌比例相反的，因此非常难受，说明自己持仓票是有问题的。
经验：我认为研究分享后，还是需要调仓换股，不能死拿着不动，过程一定是要动，体验波动，已经错了，就认错，重新来。
