Wanxiang Group Wins Bidding For Fisker Automotive
Beat Rival Bidder Hybrid Tech at Fisker Bankruptcy Auction

China39;s Wanxiang Group emerged as the winning bidder Friday at a bankruptcy auction for the assets of Fisker Automotive Inc., according to sources familiar with the results of the competition.

Wanxiang39;s winning bid is composed of $149.2 million in cash and other consideration, according to a person familiar with the matter.
