莫名其妙收到一封外国人的信，请大家帮我分析看是不是遇到骗子了。
这是我在hotmail邮箱里收到的第一封。
Dear Friend,My name is Mrs.Pamela Van Dyken,59 years old deaf woman aging widow suffering from long time illness for diagnosed for cancer about 3 years ago. I have some funds inherited from my late husband,i needed a very honest and God fearing Person that will use the funds for Good work, motherless home,charitable funding or deaf centers, i found your email address from people search and decided to contact you. Please if you would be able to use the funds for the Good work, kindly reply for further details.Please kindly reply ,I will be very glad to hear from you.Your sincerely,Mrs.Pamela Van Dyken
这是第二封：
Dear Friend,I have received your email.Thank you for wanting to help others and for the good work you have been doing. because of my ill health. I will not be contacting regularly as needed but my lawyer will always contact you. Please make sure you use the money for the Good work, I could have done that my self but I cannot walk or go out any more am on a sick bed now. The doctor said I only have 1 month to live so I want this funds to be transfer before then.The inheritance from my late husband ownership certificate is attached to this email.You will deal with my lawyer if you are ready. 我大概看了一下邮件的内容，邮件内容的描述大概是这样了：一个老太婆，得了癌症什么的（反正命不长了），她的死鬼老公给她一笔资金，也没有意思了，她就希望碰见一个好心的，有神心的人，帮助用好这笔资金，意思就是说有钱给你花了。她呢就在邮件地址查找里找到你的邮箱地址（有缘分）。如果你回复她，并告诉她你花这笔钱的用途细节，她同意了，就给你啦。第二封邮件呢，她就进一步说明自己的状况了，说感谢你回复，她呢，病得很重，医生也说啦，她只有一个月的命了，她又没有孩子什么的，她答应把钱给你了（你跟她有缘分），由于她病重，她没办法给你正常回复邮件了，让你直接找她律师谈（谈的内容当然是怎么去获取这笔资金了，还有谈确认你拿这笔钱真的是去做好事的），她给你留下了她的律师联系方式............... 我来猜想一下第三封邮件吧，第三封邮件应该是来自她的律师的，律师很专业：他会说，按照当事人的意愿，钱确定给你了......但是，税呢，你要负责，XXX国家有遗产税什么的，你要先支付多少金额的遗产税，才可以获取这笔财产。
别上当了，老外跟咱一样的，精明着呢，穷着呢。只是不知道为什么突然觉得中国人也很有钱了，给你发个邮件，看能不能骗到。你可以查查GOOGLE，利比亚还是尼日利亚这几个非洲国家的主要财政收入都是骗来的，其中就包括这样的邮件骗钱。当心！！
