Responsibilities:

·Deal origination: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate community, entrepreneurs and intermediaries to generate continuous, high quality deal flow.
·Evaluation: Screen and evaluate potential investment. Lead / participate in thorough due diligence.
·Analysis and structuring: Formulate transaction structure.
·Negotiation: Develop negotiation strategy and close desired deal.
·Continuous support in investee firms: Maintaining close contact with investee firms, helping them solve business, strategic and financial issues; determining the best course of action for the investor regarding liquidity events and working to maximize returns to all shareholders.

Qualifications:
·Solid experience in investment business, or industries that require similar deal process and analytical rigor, such as corporate investing, management consulting or investment banking.
·Working experience China. PRC national required. Educational background from top-tier schools highly preferred.
·Team player.
·Excellent analytical skills, with ability to manage a deal independently from the beginning to closing.
·Sound business judgment, with ability to credibly represent Investor on the board of the investee company and add value to the company.
·Impressive professional credibility, with strong personal values, integrity and level of commitment. Independent and disciplined.
