卡彭特技术公司（纽约证券交易所代码：CRS）今天宣布，2017年11月30日后发货的所有电弧炉熔炼的合金钢它将实施石墨 电极附加费0.03美元-0.05美元每磅。 
每吨合金钢大概增加570-720元石墨电极附加费。折合电极价格在20-25万人民币。与市场相符。看样子卡彭特技术公司认为今后一段时间石墨电极还会维持目前的价格。

PHILADE LPHI A, Nov. 13, 2017 ( GLOB E NEW SWIR E) -- Carpenter Technology Corporation (NYSE:CRS) announced today that it will implement an initial graphite electrode surcharge of $.03 - $.05 per pound for all ARC-melted alloy grades effective with shipments occurring after November 30, 2017. The new surcharge will be included as part of the monthly raw material surcharge and will be adjusted in accordance with Carpenter‘s published surcharge prices.

The new surcharge is due to a substantial increase in prices by graphite electrode manufacturers. Graphite electrodes are used as part of the ARC-melted steelmaking process.
