吹牛聊天，与股票无关

前几天提到World without Cancer这本书，有朋友推荐看，据说能救很多人的命。 我大概找了摘要来看。

WORLD WITHOUT CANCER explores the revolutionary concept that cancer is a deficiency disease, like scurvy or pellagra, aggravated by the lack of an essential food compound in modern man‘s diet. That substance is vitamin B17. But in its concentrated and purified form developed specifically for cancer therapy, it is known as Laetrile, the controversial chemical that currently is banned in the United States.

大概是说癌症像一种营养不良病，由于现代人饮食中缺少维他命B17导致。B17被美国禁止了，原因是触动了巨大的商业利益和政治。这本书在讲述另类治疗的同时，也揭露了科学是如何屈服与政治与商业利益的。

长话短说，B17如何摄取呢？ 
在苦杏仁里，李子的核，桃子的核里是比较多的。
还有腰果等坚果里也有少量。

但吃李子核等一定要适量，李子核也是一种有一定毒素的食物，吃多了的副作用是恶心想吐。

本书的观点我半信半疑，但平时吃几个苦杏仁，李子核也没什么问题，也可以尝试下，只要适量就行了。

我是上学后找工作留下来的，这条路对年轻人来说是最容易的。

楼主去北欧，好像很轻松就搞定了。不像网上说的那么难啊？

终于到月底发工资了，这几个月透支的厉害，上个月才把信用卡还了。

每个月各种自动扣款像蚂蟥一样的从我身上吸血，
1. 房贷
2. 物管，水电，暖气
3. 房屋增值税（每年扣两次）
4. 托儿所
5. 全家的人身保险，旅游保险与房屋保险
6. 工会费与失业保险
7. 宽带费
8. 上个周期的信用卡支出（全部都是老婆在消费）

再加上每月的一些硬性支出和娱乐，旅游，钱花起来就像流水一样。

还好全民医保生病不用愁，小孩子政府也有补贴，否则压力还是大的。

人的心理活动无外乎就是两种，向外与向内。
向外与事物和其他人发生联系，
向内自己与自己心理作用，
即便是向外的联系，最终还是要回归到自己与自己的心理。

从这个逻辑上来说，一些东西向外求是很难找到答案的，是需要向内求的。

晚上回去给女儿雕南瓜灯去，既然在这边生活就要入乡随俗，让女儿也参与进来。

为客户技术支持时，一定要多从不同角度想想。 不能人家告诉你做什么你就做什么，这种是不带脑子工作的。

客户他看见的东西只是冰山一角，仅仅是表象。
